One expert team on every call
Our technicians diagnose and repair your well themselves. You are never handed off to a subcontractor, and every job is done by the person who assessed it.
Fast, reliable well pump repair across Orlando and Central Florida, day or night, with a guaranteed 2-hour emergency arrival. Honest, on-site quotes. Over 40 years of experience.
Steven Perry grew up in the water-well business. He started working alongside his father at age 12 during the summers and has never done anything else. For years, he drilled and serviced wells across Central Florida as Orange County Well & Pump. When he stepped back from drilling, he narrowed his focus to what he does best: well pump service and repair, and the company became Pump Repair Services.
It is a family operation. Joanne Perry runs the office, and Steven still runs service calls himself. New technicians are not turned loose on your well after a weekend of training. Our people ride and learn for the first couple of months, then begin evaluating well systems under supervision until they can complete a long run of site visits with zero mistakes. Only after that standard is met does a technician earn a truck, and it takes about nine months from start to finish to become a serious, experienced well-system technician. That is the standard behind every visit.
Read the full founder story →Call (407) 809-8805 and we respond right away, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. We are emergency-based, so we do not book time slots weeks out. We go when the call comes in, and we tell you honestly when we can be there.
For a no-water emergency in our core service area, we guarantee a 2-hour arrival. When a job on the far edge of the area will take longer, we tell you that up front rather than leaving you waiting.
Our trucks are rolling supply stores carrying everything from a pressure switch to a complete pumping system. We test the system, find the real fault, and explain in plain language what is happening and why.
We tell you what the whole job will cost before any work begins. That number includes everything we would replace to protect the new pump, so there is no surprise at the end. If we hit a problem after quoting, that is our problem, not yours.
We handle almost anything on the water side of a private well, for homes, farms, and commercial properties. Well pump repair is the heart of it; the pages below go deeper.
Diagnosis, motor and control work, and pressure-system repair across the whole system, from a dead pump to low pressure to a tank that will not hold air.

From our Central Florida base, we cover the Orlando metro and the surrounding well country, including the rural and estate properties where private wells are common. If your town is not listed, call and ask. There is a good chance we already serve it.
Orange County, Seminole County, and Lake County.
Every well is different, so we do not quote a flat price sight unseen. We evaluate your system with a meter, then give you one firm all-in price for the whole job before any work starts. That number holds, with no add-ons.
Yes. We respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and on a no-water emergency we guarantee a 2-hour arrival. There is no upcharge for nights, weekends, or holidays.
Yes. We are a licensed, insured Florida business, and every job is backed by our 100% workmanship warranty for five years.
Our rule is simple: if your pump still delivers the water and pressure your home needs, a repair is the right call. We only recommend replacement when the system can no longer do its job. We will not sell you a pump you do not need.
Start with power: a tripped breaker or a surge-damaged pressure switch is one of the first things to check. In Central Florida, we also see ants in the pressure switch, a waterlogged bladder tank, and a failed drop pipe. If you are out of water, call us and we will guarantee a 2-hour arrival.
Yes. Iron staining and sulfide (rotten-egg) odor are common in Central Florida well water. We install whole-house treatment using natural aeration-based methods rather than chlorine, sized to your water. We also treat hardness and chlorine odor for city-water homes.
Yes. We service well systems for mobile-home and RV parks, churches, schools, nurseries, apartment-complex irrigation, and commercial water features, in addition to residential wells.
We come to you, diagnose the system with a meter on site, and only then give you a firm, all-in quote. We do not quote blind over the phone. A real evaluation is what protects you from the wrong fix, so that is where our process starts.
Because the parts are on the truck, a full replacement is finished in about three hours, with water flowing again the same visit.
