These terms set out how we quote, schedule, and warrant well and pump work across Central Florida, and what we each agree to when you accept a quote. Written the way we actually operate.
Last updated August 4, 2026These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the well and pump services provided by Pump Repair Services, a family-run company based in Apopka, Florida. By requesting service, accepting a quote, or using this site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or request service from us.
We repair, replace, and service well and pump systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties across Central Florida, including submersible pumps, jet pumps, centrifugal pumps, transfer and booster pumps, pressure tanks and switches, water treatment equipment, and related well services.
Roughly 98% of the wells we service run on submersible pumps set 100 to 400 feet down in the Floridan Aquifer. Where a job falls outside what we can safely or lawfully perform, we will tell you and, where we can, point you to the right trade.
We evaluate the system in person at your property, then tell you up front what the job will cost. That figure is the figure. We do not quote over the phone or online without seeing the system. There are no add-ons and no surprise charges, and we do not apply an after-hours upcharge for emergency calls.
A quote covers the work described at the time it is given. If we open the system and find a separate, previously hidden problem, we will stop, explain what we found, and give you a new figure before doing any additional work. You are never billed for work you did not approve.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. Parts pricing may change if a manufacturer changes its price before the work is scheduled; we will tell you if that happens. No quote is issued before an on-site diagnosis has been carried out at the property.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will provide an invoice showing the work performed and the parts installed. Accounts left unpaid may be referred for collection, and you may be responsible for reasonable costs of recovery.
We dispatch emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we guarantee arrival at your property within two hours of your call for a water-out emergency at any address inside our core service area of Orange, Seminole and Lake counties. Outside that core area, or where access to the property is restricted, we will tell you your arrival window when you call and before we dispatch. Severe weather, road closures and other events outside our reasonable control may extend that window, and in those cases we will contact you with a revised arrival time rather than leave you waiting.
To carry out the work you must give us safe access to the wellhead, pressure tank, electrical panel, and any equipment involved, and let us know about locked gates, dogs, septic fields, irrigation lines, or other hazards before we arrive.
Every repair and installation we perform is backed by our 100% workmanship warranty for five years. If our work fails within that period, we will return and put it right.
So we can do the job properly, you agree to describe the problem accurately, disclose earlier repairs or modifications to the system, keep the work area clear, and keep people and animals away from open wellheads, hoisting equipment, and live electrical connections while we are on site.
Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer, often one without water. If a special-order part has already been purchased for your job, you may be responsible for its cost.
We carry liability insurance and work to professional standards. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from the work is limited to the amount you paid for it, or to repairing or replacing the affected work at our discretion.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, spoiled goods, water damage from pre-existing plumbing defects, or damage arising from conditions concealed underground that could not reasonably have been found before the work began.

Information on this site is offered as general guidance for Central Florida homeowners. It is not a diagnosis of your system. Do not rely on it in place of an inspection, and never work on a live electrical connection or an open wellhead yourself.
If you send us a review, photograph, or comment, you allow us to display it in connection with our business. Please do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from the work or from this website will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless the parties agree in writing to another forum.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the terms in force when your work was quoted are the ones that apply to that job.
